Jessica White

Overview of Experience and Nature of Practice:

Jessica joined the firm in 2015 and focuses her practice in the areas of real estate and corporate law. She has broad experience in business and real estate and has experience in- house and in private practice. Jessica has extensive experience in all aspects of real estate transactions, including acquisition/sales, zoning, leasing, and finance. She has represented publicly-traded and privately-owned companies, including real estate developers, healthcare REITs, and financial institutions.

Jessica joined the firm after serving as in-house counsel for a real estate development and management company that specialized in medical office development, leasing, and property management for institutional and REIT clients. Prior to that role, she held executive-level business roles with two Fortune 500 companies, most recently serving as the Chief Sustainability Officer for a large U.S. based financial institution. She started her career practicing law with large law firms in Pennsylvania and Kentucky.

Life Beyond the Law

Jessica is married and has two sons. Outside of the office, she enjoys travel and sports. She is actively involved in her children’s school and coaches youth sports.
