Laura Brymer

Overview of Experience and Nature of Practice:

Laura joined the firm in 2012 and focuses her practice on commercial litigation, healthcare/regulatory matters, and bankruptcy. She has represented large publicly traded and privately owned companies across the nation in litigation matters, bankruptcies, receiverships, and government investigations as a part of the firm’s role as national counsel to several clients.

Laura has handled matters in 30 states. She has represented debtors and creditors in Chapter 11 and Chapter 7 bankruptcy cases around the country.  She has assisted clients in developing internal processes and procedures for litigation management, including pre-litigation practices intended to reduce the number of matters that require outside counsel.  Laura has also assisted clients with developing processes for reviewing and producing ESI in both litigation and government investigations.

Life Beyond the Law

Laura is dedicated to weight-lifting and teaching Zumba.  When not working or working out, she enjoys reading, writing, and taking care of multiple pets with her husband.
