Philip Cecil

Overview of Experience and Nature of Practice:

Phil develops creative solutions to complex cases. He works to understand his clients’ business and anticipate their needs. He has litigated and arbitrated every phase of a case and understands the value of reaching an early settlement as well as litigating a case through a dispositive motion and trying a case when necessary.

At the end of the day, Phil makes his clients’ needs his own and works relentlessly to ensure those needs are met. While a significant amount of his practice involves healthcare and real estate, he has experience addressing issues in most industries and will always take the time to understand the unique needs each client has. He has handled all types of breach of contract cases, fiduciary duty matters, international business disputes, trade secret misappropriation, and other business torts.  He has experience with restructuring and bankruptcy matters, and he also has handled various federal claims, including FDCPA, FCRA, TCPA, FHA, and constitutional claims.

He has had a robust appellate practice, which has included white-collar cases, zoning disputes, fiduciary-duty matters, bankruptcy cases, banking matters, and administrative appeals.
