Todd joined the firm in 2017 and focuses his practice primarily on business and real estate transactions, including commercial agreements, leasing, finance, and contract law. Prior to joining the firm, he practiced at Steptoe & Johnson PLLC, where he focused on mineral title and energy transactions, assisting clients with the acquisition and sale of oil and gas wells and leases. Todd also worked at the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Kentucky prior to and during law school.
