Scott Dickens has been appointed to serve as Chair of the Products Liability Substantive Law Section of the Federation of Defense and Corporate Counsel. The FDCC is a 1,500 member, invitation-only organization composed of vetted, recognized leaders in the legal community who have achieved professional distinction. It is dedicated to promoting knowledge, fellowship, and professionalism of its members as they pursue the course of a balanced justice system and represent those in need of a defense in civil suits. For more than 80 years, the members of the FDCC have been leaders in-house and in the courthouse.
