Amy Hoagland has been with the firm since 2012, with over 18 years of law firm experience. Her primary focus at the firm is assisting in business and healthcare litigation at federal and state levels, with extensive experience in assisting with matters involving institutional pharmacy and rehabilitation company commercial disputes. She provides case management, including communications with clients, drafting discovery requests and analysis of document productions, legal research, drafting pleadings for federal and state jurisdictions, and conducts asset and entity research. She works to ensure compliance with federal and state rules and procedures in each litigation matter. Amy became a Certified Kentucky Paralegal in 2020.
Practice Areas
Amy enjoys spending her time away from the office with her family, gardening, reading, supporting little league baseball, and has a passion for the preservation of the Barbet (French Water Dog). She has been a member of the Barbet Club of America since 2011, where she actively assists the Club as the Bylaw Committee to ensure compliance with American Kennel Club requirements. In 2021, Amy earned her first AKC Championship in the show ring with one of her beloved Barbet.
