Bill joined the firm in October 2019 and works primarily in the areas of healthcare and insurance litigation, litigating or arbitrating health-care related matters across the country with an emphasis on payor-provider disputes, managed care contracting issues, and state insurance codes. In his practice, Bill represents hospitals, institutional pharmacies, rehabilitation companies, creditors, and businesses in all aspects of commercial disputes. Before joining Fultz Maddox Dickens, Bill operated his own legal practice for several years and worked for a mid-size Chicago-area firm with an emphasis on corporate litigation, landlord/tenant matters, and post-judgment collections.
Practice Areas
When not in the office, Bill loves spending time with his wife (Chelsea) and two children (Fiona and Monty). Bill also enjoys all forms of cooking, traveling, and home improvement projects.
