Evan joined the firm in 2022. He focuses his practice primarily on real estate and business transactions, including corporate governance, commercial leasing, finance and acquisitions. Evan also has experience in business and healthcare regulatory matters, including compliance with the corporate transparency act, anti-kickback and Stark laws.
Evan has assisted clients in business and real estate transactions on both the local and national levels and has experience in commercial leasing and real estate management. These transactions include purchase and sale transactions, office (including medical office) leases and real estate investment trusts.
Evan also assists clients in negotiating, drafting and completing major transactions including organizational and corporate governance matters and mergers and acquisitions. He has experience advising businesses in selecting and forming business entities, structuring and managing business relationships, private equity acquisitions and contract negotiations.

Evan is a college sports fanatic and enjoys cheering on the Notre Dame Fighting Irish and University of Louisville Cardinals. He also enjoys spending time with his family and friends. Additionally, Evan likes to think of himself as an amateur history buff while reading up on subjects such as American History and Ptolemaic Egypt.
