Trevor L. Earl is a seasoned litigator with over thirty years of experience representing clients in the courtroom, administrative tribunals, arbitrations and mediations. Trevor has represented and advised a diverse range of clients, from large companies to family-owned businesses and governmental clients. Trevor’s litigation experience is enhanced by the fact that he has also routinely assisted clients in contract and lease formation, employment issues and regulatory and compliance matters. Trevor’s focus is to help clients avoid litigation at the front end, when possible, but also to successfully litigation disputes when they cannot be avoided.
Most recently Trevor served as in-house counsel focusing on healthcare contracts and employment issues. He continues to advise clients in navigating the obstacles that stand in the way of smooth business operations.
